Efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility at meeting and exceeding client expectations characterize our execution methodology.

GGS ensures program-level support across the product development life cycle by utilizing different kind of business models such as "right-shore" business model combining onsite, nearshore and offshore resources and "Build, Operate and Transfer". We offer five distinct models for project execution.

Offshore Delivery Model

During our Offshore Delivery Projects, GGS's Engineering Services dedicates one or more on-site coordinators to manage client facing activities. These individuals act as a liaison between the client's management and designers and the offshore team. The client may also designate coordinators or supervisors from among its line-management to take ownership of specific projects or delivery initiatives. Our Offshore services take the responsibility of managing multiple projects for the client, acting as a single-point of contact for all escalations of project issues managing the billing, financial and other contractual issues. We also take the bottom-line responsibility of ensuring successful execution of projects.

Advantages of offshore services:

  • Readily Available Quality and Technical Expertise
  • Low Cost on Skilled Resources
  • Faster Start-Up Time
  • Quick Communications
  • On-budget and On-time Deliverables

Onsite Delivery Model

GGS's Engineering Services has the experience, scale and global resources to assume complete management responsibilities for a wide range of development option onshore. In this model, designers or modelers are deployed to the client's site facility. This model is possible only if there is need for a specific resource type or if post-deployment support is necessary. From initial consultation to maintenance and support, our representatives are highly qualified and combine excellent business insight and strong inter-personal skills.

Through our on-site delivery model, you will get:

  • Face-to-face interaction with the team member
  • Maximum control of team's time and productivity
  • Negligible communication gap
  • Reduced recruitment/training costs

Hybrid Delivery Model (Onsite + Offshore)

Taking the best of onsite and offshore models, GGS's Hybrid Delivery Model will bring you true value of your team's potential.

Through our Hybrid Delivery Model, you will get:

  • Transparent project status and clear communication at all levels
  • Deeper understanding of each other's working styles leading to long-term benefits
  • Optimized resource, quality, project and process management
  • Cost benefits of offshore delivery model

Nearshore Delivery Model

In Nearshore Delivery Model, the service provider works in a nearby vicinity of the client i.e. the service provider will be located within the same city/country as that of the client. This will prove beneficial to the client as well as to the service provider as the service provider will have a better understanding of the client's need resulting from the fact of having an almost similar background as far as the geographical factor is concerned.

The advantages of offsite delivery model are the following:

  • Faster Response: Responsiveness to changes in client's needs is faster.
  • Clear Perception: Physical proximity helps to understand the client's needs in a better way.
  • Good Synchronization: Better coordination between the client's team and service provider's team.

Build-Operate-Transfer

The BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) solution offers an Engagement model that allows clients with interest in potentially owning and operating their own ODC to undertake the process in phases.

This phased approach allows an organization to evaluatethe effectiveness and benefits of owning an ODC beforeundertaking the risks and costs associated with starting and runningtheir own ODC.

The three key phases of the BOT model are:

  • 1. Build- In this phase the offshore team is set up
  • 2. Operate- In this phase the BOT partner operates youroffshore team to execute live projects.
  • 3. Transfer- In this phase, the BOT partner, sets up theforeign subsidiary and transfers all resources to the clientcompany.

BOT Advantages:

This model yields consistent, high quality, and cost effective resultsas it offers the option of quickly starting-up an offshore subsidiarywith expert operational managers in an established and proven infrastructure.

Key benefits include:

  • Minimized upfront investment
  • During Build and Operate, there is minimal investment as operationally these phases are identical to conducting offshore project execution on a T&M basis. Companies can test the offshore waters" prior to committing to a Transfer that requires long term, resources and financial commitments.

  • Minimized management involvement
  • In BOT, the offshore partner is responsible for all management and operational issues. Additionally, the offshore partner is responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery of products.

  • Transferred team is an operational team
  • The offshore partner builds and operates the team so clientsneed not address organizational training requirements andtransfer issues. A fully integrated and functional "turnkey" team is available when specified by the client.

  • Exit Strategy
  • Compared to setting up your own ODC, the BOT model allows a low to no investment exit option.
