Reverse Engineering:

In the absence of clearly documented system requirements the process of reverse engineering helps in reversing an existing application and documenting system requirements from it. GGS provides reverse engineering services for design.

Product Testing, Enhancement and Bug Fixes:

GGS has been extensively involved in the validation and verification of software (language and model based code). Our team of experts can scale engineering processes not only to identify and remove bugs but also to provide enhancements to existing systems. Apart from that we are also adept in:

  • Developing Target Deployment Ports for specific micro-controllers and their compilers.

Throughout the design process, we are engaged concurrently to optimize the design and streamline the ramping of the product and equipment into full scale manufacturing. From the earliest engagement with the design process, GGS's engineers produce early phase models, prototypes and cost estimates of the final product. They interface directly with either the client or our internal design functions to create a complete product introduction plan.

Prototype production is then utilized to test out concepts and assist in the design of the final manufacturing process. Once the overall manufacturing process has been agreed upon the Manufacturing Engineering function then produces a layout of the assembly and test process along with detailed assembly and test processes.

Our engineers also supports the control of design changes by the prompt implementation of engineering change notices to the production process.

GGS has a large number of certified suppliers, all of which have to pass a quality review and maintain their quality levels to retain the status of an approved supplier in the supply chain.

We ensure that in-line manufacturing inspections are conducted and quality control checklists are followed by GGS and its suppliers at various stages within the assembly and test process. Product validation testing is performed and regular audits are conducted on finished products to ensure client expectations are always met.
